In this case, the flooded roadway was convenient, so those "rednecks" had the good sense to use it. However, since we really don't know why they're there, they could just as easily have been surveying flood damage, volunteer search & rescue, forest rangers, or whatever.

one that is a concrete flood bridge the water is running over, there put in places were a proper bridge is not possible, when heavy rains or melting snow bring the water up higher than normal the bridge allows water to pass and you can still cross to the other side, i guess you can't tell the difference from "quick sand" and just regular old creek sand, would have covered the concrete in place confusing you guys, hats off to these rednecks, i have done this before too.

Man. Oh man. Whoa. Oh, man. LOL. This really isn't all that unsual. Ramps are rarely available in remote areas, so many launch boats wherever they can along a river or lake. In this case, the flooded roadway was convenient, so those "rednecks" had the good sense to use it. However, since we really don't know why they're there, they could just as easily have been surveying flood damage, volunteer search & rescue, forest rangers, or whatever.

one that is a concrete flood bridge the water is running over, there put in places were a proper bridge is not possible, when heavy rains or melting snow bring the water up higher than normal the bridge allows water to pass and you can still cross to the other side, i guess you can't tell the difference from "quick sand" and just regular old creek sand, would have covered the concrete in place confusing you guys, hats off to these rednecks, i have done this before too.
