@Aec1127able It is four years, not five. 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010. His official retirement date is November 30, 2006. Since September 2009, Greg has been performing solo shows. He does public speaking, raises funds for charities & medical research, plays in celebrity cricket matches, has started an Elvis museum with part of his extensive memorabilia collection & does tv appearances & many interviews. He has a website & official Facebook page where he posts. He says his health is great now.

@Aec1127able Greg says he misses it tremendously & that he has a hole in his life now that he is not with them. Recently Greg said on his Facebook page that "I feel I would get unwell again if I went back. I am doing well without the rigors of touring." He really does not have a choice. Doctors told him several years ago that they think his hectic schedule with The Wiggles greatly added to the severity of his symptoms. Greg sings some Wiggles songs when he performs & they are always requested.

@Aec1127able He had fun because he was doing what he loved. These are quotes from a letter Greg wrote to The Wiggles MB in 2007. "My condition has forced me to stop doing something which I love very much. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of your lives, and honored that you let me become part of your families. That is the greatest thing I will have achieved in my life. The decision was incredibly difficult - no more seeing kids sing and dance along while I sing the songs that I love.
