I'd be interested in a video of these. Here's what I'd do:
Set up a video camera alongside the photo camera with the same motion-activated settings and have it record, say... for five minutes per activation or something (or if there aren't any settings like that, just have it record overnight maybe), and match up the still shots to the corresponding times in the video. Have you ever tried staying up and, if so, has the camera ever activated in that time? Could you set up an alarm? I'm curious...
at first it looked like rain drops, im irish and know all about rain...but that webbing is gross it could be polution from those bloody chemtrails. i saw something similar in a video under chemtrails in florida.
It could be a lot of things. I think it's either some sort of insects, maybe dust reflecting the light, or seeds like dandelion seed, with the fluff to make them fly. It could also be a combination of the aforementioned. The web-like stuff could be moisture or some sort of fog.

your flash reflecting in raindrops, perhaps? condensation or water droplets on the camera lense would possibly explain the "webbing" effect.
