That's the "Erlkoenig". The net covers the shapes and mising body-parts etc. and protects the measuring stuff and weights inside. This video shows the testing stage where the systems are being tested (brakes:)), and the body-shell isn't yet completed or relevant to the test series. Leter on the net gets replaced by groovy patern-paintjobs. Very psychadelic...
