I've been to a lot of concerts and nobody ever sounds like they do on their CD.

You guys have to remember that when she's recording her music for the CD, she's not running all around AND she gets as many tries as she needs to make it sound perfect. In concert she is running and dancing and singing and she only gets one chance at the song. With all that going on, I think she sounds pretty good.
