This is a great all in one printer very good machine dont  see why people are writeing bad comments on it had mine for a few years now and still going strong no problems, and it does have good support and updates

Don't buy this : Terrible it prints ok but the scanner doesn't work its hard to access the "scanner from your desktop" I can't find it so I can't scan from the printer only from the PC

The problem is where is it on the PC? I can' t find it...

HP has always made excellent printers but this one I give a thumbs down.

Worked great for a month or two. Printing still works, scanning does not! Very little support on-line. Don't buy this product.

i love this computer, i just can't figure out how to replace the ink cartridges!

If thats anything like the C4180 its crap!!! Its slower than molasses and after 45 minutes of trying to change the ink cartridges I gave up and went out and bought a Lexmark. I suspect the HP C4480 is the same way. I'll never buy another HP printer again!!!!!

I bough one today, and i say: GRE-A-T!!! Is the best printer i saw on life!! It is fast, a bit complicated to install, and to recharge is CHEAP (Where i live ;-D) !!! MAh last printer wan a EPSON Stylus CX3500, was a sh%* on comparsion, was slowy, less than 50 pages, the ink dissapeared, can't be recharged... Well, WAY BETTER than EPSON...

Could you guys write more about why it is horrible as if I buy it with MacBook it will cost very few. I like that it has scanner - which I need also in one box.

Although it is very suspicious that they put too many things in one box and set the smallest price at apple store.
