  • How are eggs not #1, let alone #10!? Cheap, accessible, packed full of vitamins, available world wide. I don't understand who these videos are for? The average person need more simple useful suggestions and facts yet these video are no where near detailed enough for anyone who has some knowledge of nutrition, is almost seems like all or nothing with American nutrition videos. Just me?

  • cool..such a great information about healthy foods..!!thanks for the upload..!!

  • healthiest 10 foods IMO (organic or wild): 1.Avocado 2.Parsley/Cilantro 3,Spinach 4.Tomato 5.Cucumber 6. Olive Oil 7. Quinoa 8. Chia Seeds 9. Broccoli 10. Almonds Healthiest drink: 1. Alkaline Mineral Water (Artesian) with a pH of 8-10 max.
  • You need to shed your bias towards animal products. What's the big thing about chicken eggs anyway? Why not eat alligator eggs, or spider eggs? Goat's milk is fine if your mother is a goat [Same applies to cow's milk]. And fish, incl salmon, is the most contaminated food on the planet.

And there is debate of the virtue of oils. If you've ever had a heart condition ditch them all. Eat the food [olive, coconut, etc.] whole. Even if oils are good for some people, they don't belong in the top 10!

  • You mispronounced KOMBUCHA, Sweety. It's not "ka" at the end...just cha, same as tea in Japanese or ocha or the fine green tea powder maCHA.

    Easiest way: COMB-bu-CHA

  • @TheZoeler2 It is actually more beneficial for the body to take its time breaking down foods (like whole or sprouted grains) because the body is able to use the food as energy through out the day and you will feel fuller for longer.

If foods are broken down very quickly and usually turned into sugar (like white bread), you will feel hungry much more quickly and the sugar will turn into fat. Always go for whole foods rather than processed foods for this reason.

  • Thank you for your very informative research and sharing it with us.. I am on a new way of eating lifestyle.. Keep them coming...

  • about the goat milk, wouldnt your body be burning more calories by taking 8 hours to break down that cows milk.

  • Spirulina.

    My dad loves that stuff!

  • what i think is good woo :)

eggs, coconut, fish (salmon), red meat, veggies

  • I'm really not sure if it is the appropriate healthy diet for anyone, yet DietOramy eating plan definitely helps my dad burn all of that excess body fat. There's excellent free info on the web concerning it, simply use Google...

  • KALE!

  • @117Mastermatt r u referring to disturbia. wild salmon. is that what comes to mind.

  • what kind of bread is that ?? ooo? i NEED links !!

  • Quinua rules! LOL I am from Peru and I really love eating and drinking quinua in different ways, it's amazing and it is better with some fruits if it's for drink and with rice if it's for food yummy ^^

  • The egg yolk has a lot of arachidonic fat that isnt so healthy for your body cause is the principal factor of silent inflamation. :/

  • what is nr7? smart water? salt water? and if so what is that different from normal mineral water

  • Does anyone know if Natalie is married yet?

  • ur hot

  • How is sprouted grain bread better than grass fed beef?

  • would like to eat her.

  • Good stuff keep up the good work!

  • Biatch, what gives you credibility to talk about something you know nothing about.

  • Did she say Spinage? It's SPINACH!!!!

  • @88riddlemethis were doing buisness here

  • @88riddlemethis she can say whatevery she want.. she`s HOT

  • @88riddlemethis Try fresh baby spinach in place of lettuce in your salad, more nutrients without a real taste difference.

  • @mythals I use Romaine Lettuce and Spinach ... I actually eat a lot of Spinach all the time.

  • Cows milk takes 8 hrs to break down. That's good because it's releasing nutrients over a longer period of time.

  • @88riddlemethis But it's also harder to digest, which can lead to gastrointestinal issues for some folks. I'm lactose intolerant myself, as are lots of people (particularly folks of Asian descent), and so goat's milk doesn't make me nearly as sick as cow's milk will.

  • Smart water? You can get all the electrolytes you need through a normal balanced diet, even if your active in an arid climate. I DEFINATELY agree that it is much better than a sports drink but... go to the tap and stop the plastic addiction!

  • Smile at 2:19 ftw

  • So does this mean that eggs are ONLY in the top 10 if they're the ones suggested under your recommendation?

  • ok its Gyros Kebab Souvlaki Lasagne Spagetti Mcdonalds-hamburgers pigmeat cowmeat Chikenmeat fruints

  • not bad not bad, however its hard to compile a list of "best foods" ever!! not possible... Balance Balance Balance

  • The ezekiel bread you're mentioning (9:03) is from the brand called ''Food for life'', NOT ''Good for life''.

    Btw...No veggies? No fruits?

  • oh yeah, let me just run down to the store and grab some Kefir and Kombucha... |:-I

  • @tubular829 you'd be surprised, but alot of stores actually sell kefir

  • @tubular829 you could also make them yourself. You just have to find a good scooby or kombutcha drink to start that. For the Kefir you have to purchase kefir grains only once online. And you are set for a lifetime for both of them. Check you tube for more information about how to make it. It's realy easy.

  • ..You sweetheart...

    ps: Fruits? Vegetables?

  • concord grapes, pomegranite, salmon 2 times aweek, cooked tomatoes for postrate health for men. walnuts in moderation, and definately sqeeze a lemon in your water. lemon is a life enhancer, read tony robbins books. green leafy veggies. blueberries in moderation. ginger and tumeric together, and put a little black pepper on for absorbtion.

  • What is your opinion on the v8 vegetable juices? not a long list of ingredients, low cal, no fat high nutrients, only mildly concerning thing is the sodium

  • @Adrytl Its better to make vegtable juices yourself. They loose their nutrition very fast. I don't know about V8 but a lot of them have been heated to preserve them better as well. This is Not a good idea.

  • @Adrytl Not the best cause it's lost a lot of nutrients by the time you consume it. It's better because it's no longer packaged in the cans but the plastic container probably is made up of BHA (AKA Bisphenol A).

You would be better off to make your own juice w/ a juicer. Look into wheat grass juice which is very healthy. You can grow your own for much cheaper than you can buy...

  • @Adrytl v8 isn't fresh, its processed, made from rotting veges that are not pretty enough to be sold in stores, the vitamins are dead and the enzymes are dead, there is no short cut to health.

  • @positivesecret

i know thats not true in the least, but i respect what you beleive

  • Comment removed

  • GRAINS, FISH, GOAT Milk and Cheese.....and no Fruits... Event Fruits are the only food Humans can digest without issues.... i feel like you might be off on your list

  • boring..

  • Question about eggs, Which part has cholestrole anf fat?

I assume it's the yolk part, is it??

  • @RoughRiderElk Yes. That's why some people advise others to eat only the whites. However, in my point of view, I am not convinced that Saturated fat is harmful; I am most certainly convinced that Sat. fat isn't as harmful as AHA or USDA say. And, I am convinced that high total cholesterol is not a cause of heart disease.

  • @RoughRiderElk Yes that's right. The free range ones have a high amount of omega 3. And about the cholesterol you should look at the latest studies about this. Most of our cholestrol is made in our body and does not come from our food. If your cholesterol is to high. This is a symptom that you have a lifstyle that is making your body sick. Food is(/can be) a part of that. But not in the way you might think. I advice you to do some research for yourself.

  • i don't care about food, JUST MARRY ME!

  • People listen up, this list is a pile of bullshit (sorry, I had to say it) If this list was in fact true, every single item on the list would either be a raw fruit or a raw vegetable. People fail to understand the importance of plant life and don't realize that plants have the highest antioxidant, enzyme, amino acid, and water (more important than you think) contents than any item on this fucking list. Natalie, please read a biology book then make another list, you fucking idiot........

  • @GooseMooseLooseJuice Go away.

    Freaking preachers.

  • @90Rush i'm trying to educate people, so loosen up, if you can't dig that, then shut the fuck up.

  • @GooseMooseLooseJuice I mostly agee with you. However, for most people this would be a dramatic change in the way they consume their foods. People should educate themselfs better. You must agree that this list is a large improvemend for most people.

That said, a top ten best foods list it is not.

  • SUSHI@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 202 people are fatties

  • True with the eggs... You want WHOLE natural foods

  • I think it's actually some 'best' foods many people ignore.

It's just way too hard to compile a top ten list. So many foods can make the list.

  • I am new to the nutritional facts about food but it seems like you nailed most of the ones I have heard of and named some I didn't know about. Thank you!

  • My TOP GINGER DRUM STICK TREE TATSOI Guinea Hen Weed Vervain Oat Sprouts CockputJungle Pumkin Dasheen Taro Yuca Cassava Yellow Yam
  • Stay away from the Quinao! its a grain, thats bad enough... it literally punches holes in your GI tract!

  • @thickpooxbox360 Actualy for most people it doesn't. It doesn't contain the gluten you are revering to.

  • @PetrusMassive I never said it contains gluten proteins. it contains certain lectins that do more damage than gluten, happens with about 80% of people, its just not as damaging in general as gluten cos gluten is in most western foods, quinoa isnt so its not a well known issue

  • @thickpooxbox360 You are right, you did not said it were the gluten. I just asumed you did. I am going to look into your lectin story. It sounds interesting enough. Personaly I do not eat any grains. Except for some sprouted ones. 80 % of people you say, thanx you for your information.

  • @wahtnore89 That's exactly I did, I tried it and now I'm enjoying my figure! Lol. You are talking about the site WeightLossAction. Info Because It's really effective. Highly Recommended!

  • Chickens are not stressed!!!!! Stooopid!

  • What about BACON? ='(

  • sugar

  • This list is completely useless to me as I don't have easy access to most foods on it

  • @KosmoAntoninus yes you do! you just need to know where to find them

  • @KosmoAntoninus where do you live? O.o if you can't even get most of the things on that list

  • @KosmoAntoninus you poor thing.

  • Thanks for this info.

  • I never cook my veggies except carrots and tomatos...but I believe in eating veggies RAW so you can get all the oxygen from the plant. We need SOD. Super Oxide Dimutase. It kiss cancer cells. High greens and low sugar fruit is the best.

    Great video Natatie.

  • thank you natalie x

  • Chlorella is 58% protein and very high in b12, which is excellent for your brain and many other great functions for your body!

  • @gr8wellness do you advocate drinking the green water raw, or boiled. I have a few litres of green water(mainly chlorella and tetrallantos), just interested to know if I can drink them

  • @williamjpiano How did you get the chlorella? Is it from a powder? From my understanding chlorella is not really of use unless it has factory processing. That is according to Presriptions for Nutritional Healing. That is something I refer to quite often. I use it in powder form along with Wheat grass, Barley grass, spinach, broccoli, carrot, pro-biotics, prebiotics, flax, pomegrantate, blueberry, resveratol, etc... most of these items can be mixed from fresh. Chlorella has a strong cell wall!

  • Wheart grass is amazing. 1 lb. of wheatgrass is equal to 25lbs. of your choicest vegetables. amazing stuff!

  • Google the "milk documentary" to see just how bad milk is for you.

  • Poor girl, she's so confused.

  • YOU SERIOUSLY SAID CHEESE?! LOL have fun with your casein, which is an OPIATE and dangerously high levels of fat and protein.. Mangoes, Bananas, Baby Spinach, Grapes, berries, Pineapples, raw fruits and veggies are the healthiest food. "Complete proteins" Are a bunch of crap, the extra protein will just give you kidney problems.

  • @Summerrdaize Patronizing, ignorant moron. She said GOATS milk/cheese, so either you misheard her or don't understand the difference vs cows milk etc. Im assuming the later as you also said it has 'dangerously' high levels of fat and protein. The fat in goat's milk/cheese is far more easier to digest and the amount you would need to consume before it became dangerous is absurd. Unless you have an allergy to milk (casein derived or otherwise) the good far outweighs the bad.

  • what about melons???? your melons..... ;-)

  • great information

  • well... has anybody tried the Acuspeed 24 Diet (do a search on google)? I heard some unbelivable stuff about it and my dad lost crazy amounts of weight using it.

  • Some of the worst advice I've encountered on nutrition. High fruit and vegetable is the only sensible diet to be on. Animal products are universally bad for you, as are oils and nuts in large quantities.

She doesn't know what she's talking about, regardless of what qualifications she may hold. People who eat like this will be sick and have low energy.

  • @jjay75

Too much nuts isn't good, I've read that too, but the essential part seems to be that we need to soak them because they contain enzyme inhibitors and can be pretty hard on the stomach.

Also: one food specialist says this, the other the opposite. Which fruits you should eat (supposedly) also depends on whether it's acidic or alkaline (PH value) etc.

What disturbs me the most is that healthy food is SO expensive in Holland. Like sprout bread.... unless you bake it yourself I guess...

  • @megalodonNL Sprout bread isn't healthy. Soaking nuts and seeds doesn't reduce their very high fat content. You need carbohydrates and the best ways of getting them are from fruits. Grains and potatoes and other cooked starches are also better than high fat diets.

  • @jjay75

About the fat in nuts: most people are looking into their diet because they are too fat. However, I am too thin. So I can use quality fat foods which is why I'm currently eating more nuts, olives and avocados.

And baking your own bread from wheat berries is healthy, I've read.

Oh and cooked foot is never good, if you care about enzymes that is.

  • @megalodonNL I would not put too much stock in this debate on enzymes, high fat is high fat. All it will do is help you add fat. If you want the energy to build muscle (which is all you want to build, not matter how thin you are) you want to eat as many carbs as you can so that you can exercise more.

Are you going to eat high amounts of fat to help you exercise? Of course not, it's absurd. Wheat isn't horrible by any means, its just another, inferior way of getting carbs.

  • @jjay75

Dude, I've been there. I used to do weight training. But for the last years I've been fast-walking and cycling 3 - 4 hours non stop every day, and no weight training, so my body changed.

I'm trying something new here (raw food mostly) and the last few years I've probably not been eating enough fats. Even your cells are made of fat, so it's pretty damn important I'd say. And too much of anything is never good, I know that. But since I'm vegetarian, I need to eat more then just carbs.

  • @megalodonNL I don't see what you magically expect this fat to do, other than increase your body fat. Your cells are composed partly of fat, but they run on glucose, which is sugar, which is carbohydrates. You really don't need to eat more than high carbohydrate foods and greens. Bananas, if eaten in appropriate quantities, provide adequate fat and protein for the human body, as well as large amounts of carbs to give energy. If you're going to do raw, dont do high fat, you'll fail.

  • @jjay75 I was wrong hou are a supporter of Harley aren't you, and the 80 10 10 rule he promotes. Good for you. But please do yourself (or at least the people you are trying to convince here) a favour. Read some books or studies that have real data that has been collected by educated people that are not trying to sell a way of live. But are objective. Your morals are something many people could admire. Sadly I cannot say this about your knowledge. Educate yourself unbiassedly.

  • @PetrusMassive You mean like the ridiculous amount of studies that link animal product consumption with almost every disease in the western world? Or studies that indicate that the lower levels of fat one consumes the greater athletic performance and heart health one can achieve...

I've done my research bro - high carb low fat vegan diets are the best for performance and general health, of all the various things I've tried, they are the only ones to have produced such results.

  • @jjay75 most of the fat in nuts is the good fats

  • @meekgirl1 it doesn't really matter, they don't fuel your cells any better than other kinds of fats.

  • @meekgirl1 do not listen to this guy he is just trying to sell his own morals to you. He is informed by a man who does not allow you to ask questions about the data that has been given. If you do, you get banned of his channel. According to him you MUST be a Vegan or you are bad person who lives a unhealthy life. Educate yourself and take responsability for your own choises.

  • @jjay75 How about the Inuits or "Eskimo's" as some people call them. Their diet (used to) exist only from the animals they caught. Which had a large amount of fat that they also ate. Yet heart diseace hartly did not exist before they started to incorperate 'Western Food". I guese your a Vegan and I respect that. But do not make these claims that are most likely based on the china study. That said high vegetable and fruits (raw) is indeed a great way to go.

  • Oh hello has anyone heard about the Acuspeed 24 Diet (do a google search)? I heard some amazing things about it and my cousin shed tons of pounds with it.

  • oh and fuck quinoa by the way

  • I hate goats.. fuck it's gross.

  • wild rice is bettter than quinoa

  • Comment removed

  • @xXFlyleafXx she said free range vegetarian fed chicken eggs

  • The China Study shows a direct link from animal products (i.e. eggs, cheese, milk etc) to heart disease, cancer and arthritis. Why recommend those?! Your other videos are great, this one is disappointing

  • @clintpaddison Teflon pans cause cancer too. So we should stop using those too I guess. Right?

Seriously, if you're afraid of getting cancer from eating something that humans have been eating for milennia, then you must be a very paranoid, anxious individual. I'll take my chances with my milk and eggs.

  • @clintpaddison The china study, are you serious? You probably belief that cholesterol CAUSES heart disease to I presume? LOL

I am really sorry my friend. But you might do yourself a favour and do some more unbiassed research yourself.

Buy the way I agree that most dairy products should not be in a good diet. But not because of your china study. There are a lot of good books and studies out there try to find them yourself.

    Your health = your responsability.

  • Bottled water (smart or otherwise)? You gotta be kidding :-P Fruit, a little added salt, and water is better.

  • Check out wwww.nutrubox.com. Each month they have a variety of high end nutrition products and supplements they can fit into your daily routine and make you a healthier you!

  • The government nutritional guidelines recommend that if you consume 1 (uno, single, solo) egg per day, you should remove ALL other sources of cholesterol from your diet, including eggs that are baked into foods. I doubt egg eaters are 1) eating less than 1 egg for breakfast, or 2) removing all the sources of cholesterol from their diets - got rotting flesh? <--It's loaded with cholesterol, as well as lots of other unhealthy things, of course.

  • @FathomlessJoy There more recent studies conducted which are not funded or lobbied by big farma or the food industry. Cholesterol is mainly produced by the body to protect or heal itself. (You even need it to make vitamine D for example.) That's why your rotting flesh has cholesterol. This is not coming from your food. Please educate yourself some more about this subject. Not all cholesterol is bad.

  • @PetrusMassive Actually it is the USDA (biased toward meat/dairy/egg fo sho!) themselves who say that more than 1 egg per day (one, uno, singular) is too much cholesterol for the human body, assuming that absolutely 0 LDL (nada, zilch, zip) comes from any other source all day. I know folks feel better to think highly of their sick behavior, but at the end of the day raping and torturing for food is wrong and eating diseased animals and their excretions is unhealthy. Sorry.

  • @FathomlessJoy Well you have really showed me haven't you. Perhaps you should reread my respons. I did not mention the USDA. I make the assumption from your responce fhat you are a vegan. Good for you to have such high morals towards animals. However this does not make you an authority on food. Perhaps you should learn how to read first. There are some great books out there which could really help you. The USDA is always a decade behind with their advise. FO SHO LOL

  • @PetrusMassive I merely quoted the government guidelines wrt cholesterol. I never claimed authority on food for you; I am, however, 100% expert at whole, wholesome, healthy, fresh food for me.

Generally tho, sorry bud, you could not be wasting your time in a more desparate way. See I do not and will not rape, torture, and slaughter sentient beings to eat their diseased rotting flesh. Moreover, I will not believe those lies again that it is decent behavior to do so.

  • Okay, so, wheat is NOT the best thing for you, considering the alarming rise of people with Celiac, and even for those who don't have it, what wheat is comprised of that is harsh on the digestion. Also, - Most Salmon out there has plenty of toxins in it. Whether it be pollutants, heavy metals, or even lately, radiation from the Pacific.

  • Smart Water is just a trendy marketing rouse to sell you expensive water in a plastic bottle that's probably slowly leeching into the water. If you are outside sweating just drink regular old fashioned water and eat a little dried fruit trail mix (cranberries, lightly salted nuts, etc.)

  • Good info for people about the whole egg. Eggs do contain cholesterol but its the good kind, HDL. Way back when the "Egg whites only" argument started research just showed the eggs contained cholesterol, not which type.

  • @nyqs81 LOL. There's more cholesterol in eggs than any other "food" on the planet. Our bodies make HDL, we do not need to shovel more in. The recommended MAXIMUM daily intake for cholesterol is 200 mg. That is less than 1 egg per day. Do you eat half eggs or what? Believe what you want, but eggs, which are rotting by the time you suck them down, are designed to grow baby chickens. Are you a baby or a chicken?

  • hey hey! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost a lot of weight with it.

  • i have been on a heath food kick and been trying to use alot of ideas i found online to make eating better a little easier. i found alot of easy stuff at lowfatnofat.info just to throw that out there. spead the word and eat better!

  • Great video and it was very informative but i wanted to know more on the breads, fruits, and granola as well...

  • how many videos did she made omg....

  • What do you eat on a daily basis?

  • There's no such thing as best foods. I know cos im on my way to some serious health gains

In one week the body requires small portions of as many different types of food you can give it because the nutrients are spread everywhere

This also includes desserts not for the body but the mind because too much deprivation leads to binge eating after. I'm losing a lousy 1 pound a week each week for the last 1 year but i'm loving it.

  • nathalie is so hot, super cute

  • A sarme i punjene paprike?

  • Congratulations Natalie. You just recommended foods that contribute to the leading cause of death in America. I would definitely get a refund from whatever shcool you learned this false information from. read the china study .

  • @baileyswing are you joking? barring preexisting conditions, if you ate a diet entirely composed of these foods, at a moderate caloric level, you would be in great shape and overall health. I'm curious as to what you think an appropriate diet is.

  • @RealMusicLifeStyle eating foods that are high in fat and cholesterol and contain absolutely zero fiber such as the milk, eggs, and goat cheese is detrimental to your health. These types of food not only clog arteries but they also feed cancer and other diseases of the body. Eating a balanced PLANT based diet is the healthiest, most energizing, cleansing, and hydrating way to fuel your body. Living foods=living body, Dead foods=diseased body, pretty simple rule of thumb.

  • @RealMusicLifeStyle I dont know if he has responded to you but he will probably say a raw vegan diet. If I see his first response.

He's not educated, but indoctrinated by his peers.

Do not listen to what anyone has got to say. Not even me.

Educate yourself and take responsibility for your own health.

  • Hey Natalie, could you do a video, or at least an explanation through here (in a reply) on maybe the top 10 Vegan or vegetarian foods???? Awesome videos by the way. Thanks!!!

  • I tried kefir because my girlfriend drinks it. I found it hard to drink.

  • @reptilianskin Kefir is of what orgin? :)

  • i fuckin luv goat milk

  • Almonds and Walnuts? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not for me toooooo much FAT and CALORIES!!

  • @VeganGirl1011 they only make you fat if the are NOT raw!....I eat tons of them all day long I am size 4 girl...

  • You are a moron, but most of the dudes here still would let you give them head.

  • any animal product must be organic or else you're not getting any nutrients only growth hormone and antibiotics

  • Thanks for the food for thought. I feel good, i know that a better diet will make me feel better.

  • Kefir was not on my list. Or anybody's.

  • @shawno66 you don't need kefir if you eat yogurt that has the skin on top (similar to the skin pure milk gets after it's been warmed). Nowadays yogurts aren't even yogurts, they are "yogurt-type" stripped of the good enzymes, and then becomes an empty food, then when you have bowel issues, they sell you "activia" to help out. Real yogurt is greek yogurt, full fat, with skin. If you add flaxseeds to that, you'll be clockwork.

  • u take so long say it faster, i wanna stop eating meat all together for about a month if u can give me a website with good plates of vegan plate were it would be good for my health i wpould appreciate, i can read faster then what u talk, thanks

  • LOL 5:18 hehe

  • Coconut milk is an excellent source of electrolytes...Also, a virgin coconut oil is a great source of energy due to a high content of MCT fatts.

  • What about fruits? i thought fruits are one of the best...

  • @WudangTeohari Fruits are superb but not in enormous portions :P

  • @WudangTeohari Fruit = sugar, you honestly don't need a lot of sugar (although it is of the good variety) it can promote cancer.

  • @Windoctorate I have been eating alot of fruits(2kg+) daily for the past 6 years...no cancer.

  • @WudangTeohari no because fruits are still high in sugar. regardless of it being natural sugar, it should still be avoided. refer to food pyramid. duh

  • Go to gym fattys!!!!!!!

  • @WudangTeohari Suck it skinny.!

  • How does grapeseed oil stand with virgin Olive oil and coconut oil?

  • @AZUREGLIDE not to mention that it's also loaded with high amounts of sodium

  • @VideoUTubeUploader 6. beer

  • @VideoUTubeUploader only if all the ingredients are ORGANIC. No GMO veggies

  • @mykegoh newsflash WATER is an acid

  • @AdoublesLdouble [chemistry 101] water = neutral
