The only thing i hate about lightning is the flash. I don't care that much about the sound, it's just the spontaneus (propably not spelled right) light that flashes.
There were several bolts that went kina side ways... 1 of the was an Anvil Crawler... Lightning will take the path of least resistance to the ground on CG stikes
There was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for it... I was actually in a video chat with a friend on my ps3 at about midnight, when I flipped to the weather channel and saw that we had a severe thunderstorm warning, so I went out and found some good spots to film.
Yeah no problem... Th warning was probably for severe lightning...... My batter went dead just as the most intense part of the storm came through.... Lightning was striking, probably less than 1000 feet away. There were ridiculous numbers of CG strikes
WOW Chris!!! You got AMAZING shots with this storm. Some of the bolts look unbelievable in slow motion. You got so many classic shots, I'm not sure which one is my favorite? I think the ones at :58 and 2:54 are at the top!
