But what the builders of this ship want you to think is that it's better than the Titanic, and the answer to that is, no. The above dimensions you wrote are incorrect. The Oasis height is 236 ft above the waterline. If you put the Titanic next to the Oasis it would look relatively small in size.

The Navigator of the Seas was in KUSADASI (AYDIN/TURKEY) two weeks ago. It was so big, you could see it from a distance of 20 km floating on the water like a large ghost ship. Big vessels are so scary yet nevertheless safe.

But with modern technology a ship should rarely sink and if it does an investigation takes place to find out why it sank. And if its the engineers fault they can face charges.
