Especially given how Southerners reacted to things like the Dred Scott decision, what the Southern secessionist commissioners said, the propaganda given to the masses, etc.. The civil war was about many things, one of the critical parts is the defense of the slave institution.

Actually, neither Capitalism nor Corporatism are problems. They are the out-workings, the symptoms, not the problem. Just as society isn't the problem. If you go back to the roots of the problems, you'd find people, their morality and ethics, and selfishness at the heart of all of it. People make up Capitalist economies, people are controlling corporations, and a society is made up of people. People are basically good eh?
Perhaps instead of trying to tackle the corporations, we should focus on teaching better ethics based on a firm foundation, unlike what Postmodernism teaches. Perhaps instead of trying to fight a system of thought, we could try to correct what is taught to the people in school for business. Perhaps our country needs to focus on what it has done to morality by claiming it is relative. It isn't relative.

Alcohol isn't the problem. The External objects and External Actions are merely the symptoms. The root is Internal. Depression/emotional dependency, or whatever it may be, is Internal.

And yes, you are talking about changing corporate laws. There are laws saying the corporation is a legal person, and you want to change the laws so it isn't legally a person. Or perhaps you want laws making corporations illegal (such as monopolies are today). If you want the government to do anything about corporations, you are ultimately talking about changing laws.
If you jail all the corrupt CEOs and change the laws regarding Corporations, you will still have more people with poor ethics willing to fill the void and bend laws to their own gain.

First of all that "Credit" is the sole reason we have a bad economy. The Fed serves the intrest of the banks and the inflation they cause will make us poor. Paul wants to Audit the Fed and eventually bring the printing of money back to the treasury. Just because the Fed controls the economy now, doesn't mean we should let it continue. In the transition period Paul wants to legalize foreign money as well as gold and silver. The dollar is on the verge of collapse and if that happens, we all lose.
We need to start the process of getting more people to donate on the money bombs. Ron Paul has nearly 600,000 Facebook followers. If each gave just gave $10, that'd be $6,000,000. If each gave just $20, that'd be $12,000,000, etc. Granted, not all followers will donate, but I'd be willing to give more to cover for others. $12 million and up in one day would be huge and would definitely send a message. Perhaps instead of trying to tackle the corporations, we should focus on teaching better ethics based on a firm foundation, unlike what Postmodernism teaches. Perhaps instead of trying to fight a system of thought, we could try to correct what is taught to the people in school for business. Perhaps our country needs to focus on what it has done to morality by claiming it is relative. It isn't relative.

There is no direct correlation between the two. (I say "affordable" because America has a skewed definition of necessity. If you make $15,000 a year, you make more than 80% of the world. First of all that "Credit" is the sole reason we have a bad economy. The Fed serves the intrest of the banks and the inflation they cause will make us poor. Paul wants to Audit the Fed and eventually bring the printing of money back to the treasury. Just because the Fed controls the economy now, doesn't mean we should let it continue. In the transition period Paul wants to legalize foreign money as well as gold and silver. The dollar is on the verge of collapse and if that happens, we all lose.

We need to start the process of getting more people to donate on the money bombs. Ron Paul has nearly 600,000 Facebook followers. If each gave just gave $10, that'd be $6,000,000. If each gave just $20, that'd be $12,000,000, etc. Granted, not all followers will donate, but I'd be willing to give more to cover for others. $12 million and up in one day would be huge and would definitely send a message. SPREAD THE WORD

@weetoy69 Is Obama not a democrat and the WORST president we ever had? He's the only one that can spend trillions while not bringing a single job to America.
America was designed so the federal government upholds the constitution and decides big issues such as war and the states write in their own legislature, this way the people can choose to live in a state that meets their lifestyle. With segregation of powers, the people can more easily reach a mayor of governor that will hear their needs.

He wants to reform health care with lower set prices so no one pays too much or pay for tests not needed. He's the only one against the war, how is he an oil salesman? Prove it.Attacking the Federal Reserve after they have shown to spend over 20 trillion behind our backs to bail out foreign countries and lower the value of the dollar? @weetoy69He's talking about the real issues.Because of this debt the younger generations will never see their social security money. He wants to instead shrink the government down to size and abolish income taxes which would mean you'd actually get all of your money.You'd earn a lot more his way even if you did ever see your social security money. The next few generations to retire will see their SS checks no matter what.Are the real issues not debt, taxes, jobs, usury, war, big government etc.?

Guys the primaries are important but so are the caucuses. Winning the caucus means you send delegates to the national convention. That's where the delegates decide who will face Obama in 2012.
