I was determined not to answer any comments but I just spent 3 days trying to get my computer with Vista working again since it kept freezing in the middle of the starting process. although I must admit on day 4 it started on its own all of a sudden. The irony of it made me want to share it with you.

@LZMSnetwork hehe, actually the PC all up cost around $2200 Aus Dollars, this was about a year ago ^.^ 4.7ghz is my winter overclock as i run on air cooling alone, in summer i knock it back to 4.2, the new sandy bridge CPU's are an insane chip.
@OakridgeProductions9 i've never had a single crash with windows since dad bought me and my brother a pc in 1998, and we still keep that, a windows 1995 version and they still work, never crashed neither in winws 2000,me,xp,vista or 7.
@OakridgeProductions9 I never had a crash on Vista either. It just got a bad rap because they expected people to have better computers in 2007 than 2001, so the system requirements were higher. It was also never slow for me and I never got a virus even on machines without AV because it's more about the user than the OS. Don't connect to open WiFi, don't click links in emails, don't let other people use your computer etc.

I have always used Windows on the computers I own and it works just fine for me. Of course I have had problems but they have always been problems created by me or someone else who had used the PC. If they invent, they are authorised to charge. Also, Bill Gates doesn't make computers, he makes operating systems them, nor does Bill Gates own any kind of internet service. If you have an Xbox 360, it's your choice to pay for the Xbox Live. When you pay for Live, you're basically giving the people who maintain the online community their paychecks. Same goes for Microsoft Points. Be grateful!

@lin545 Actually opinon is´nt by definition not objective. Otherwise it would´nt be an opinon. I´m not saying Gates or Microsoft are gods. And i´m not a fanatic either. I have always used Windows on the computers I own and it works just fine for me. Of course I have had problems but they have always been problems created by me or someone else who had used the PC. So, judging from my personal experience I really don´t have anything bad to say about Windows.

@Nekhet Which technologies has Apple stolen? Apart from becoming similar patent trolls with photoshopping skills recently ( in Apple vs Samsung case), I have nothing against them. If they invent, they are authorised to charge. But if they steal, relabel and put everyone on dependency against it, charging surplus and spending 50% on lawsuits, 50% on marketing and bribes, this is something pretty different.

@lin545 Apple has stolen alot of ideas, even Steve jobs (RIP) once said the now rather famous quote: "Good artists copy, great artists steal". He has also said: "We have always been shameless about stealing great ideas."
Now if you used just as much time researching other companies, like Apple, just as much as you have with Microsoft then you would probably see that it´s a jungle out there where the food is scarce and everyone is fighting for scraps.
