Apartment Life allows you to live and create apartments.

Type setHighestAllowedLevel 9

Then you can build over 5 floors

@TinyLightning23 wat u do is make a residential lot, then type in the cheat box (Ctrl+Shift+C) boolprop changelotzoning hotel i think thats it. hope it helps. or u can just easily type in help into the cheat box and changelotzoning will be in the list. :)

If you have the sims 2 Bon Voyage, you actualy can have pepole stay. Its pretty neat. All you have to do is, put certain doors for rooms, and a hotel desk (witch is an item only in Bon Voyage).
