HI! looks good!! is that a rachel ray knife your using? i only ask b/c i wanna order it and wanna know if it works good. if it is a rachel ray knife how is is holding up? is it still sharp? thanks and great video
Hi, thanks for the question. It has to do with the glycemic index. Watermelon and pineapple for example are full of simple sugars that are easily broken down. This raises the blood sugar very quickly requiring a large release of insulin to compensate. The excess sugars will then be stored as fats. Other fruits such as honeydew or cantaloupe have a much lower glycemic index and won't give you such a sharp rise in blood sugar. Hope that helps!
Never mind the sticks you remind me of Christian Bale! If your single and not gay (bi is fine) email me! I would love to watch you make cheese sticks all night long! HUBBA HUBBA! LOL!
But... forks are such multipurpose tools. You can't eat with a whisk >:C (well, you can, but it would be pretty awkward). Plus, I'm sure forks can be used in self defense in a pinch. Can a whisk do that!? I think not.
NICE how you scratch yer balls at :33! That was awful and made me LOSE my appetite!

This is a great idea! I'm going to try this but alter the bread crumb and make it a bit more WW (weight watchers) friendly. Thanks!
