I didn't watch enough Davidson games that year, but I've never understood why Curry was carrying the ball down the court. I would have expected someone else to get it down the court and pass it to him. Usually that's how it goes. I know had Curry been passed the ball he would have made it. I'm more than happy KU won of course.

kansas has a great bball program and developed several solid nba players. for sure in the top 5 programs of the nation. anyone who disagrees has no knowledge what so ever

I agree that he should want the last second shot, and he tried to take it. However, a smart player finds the open man instead of trying to put up what would be a long shot over two defenders while falling away from the basket. It shows that he has trust in his teammates. I would take that any day if I were a coach.
