shit man... i just noticed that it doesnt have that rivet going through the middle of the windshield... my bad, but you have to admit, the cars do look strikingly similar... same body pretty much, minus a few details...
but that still doesnt answer my question haha, where is this?? and is this a private collection or somthing open to the public??

The Talbot Lago is a 1937 Type 150-SS by Figoni & Falaschi, the Bugatti I think is a Type 51C. Gorgous cars. Thank you for Posting.

That is not correct. This is not a Bugatti Type 57 Atlantic, but a Bugatti Type 51 with an Atlantic-style body chassis 51133.
