what kind of camera do you use? it looked like a webcam in the reflection off the palette, but it's pretty good quality! is it a webcam or a video camera?

@TheAbbyMUA It's the built in ISight camera on my iMac. It's surprisingly good quality. Much better than my video camera which sux.

@wilderjmc I made a list @ home cuz when I was there last year it was COMPLETELY MOBBED! & I didn't even bother. 4 next year either go 2 the boutique or go 2 sephora, swatch everything, then make a list 4 the makeup show. I wanted 2 go back 4 a couple of things but the line was CRAZY! lol. It was gr8 meeting u 2! R u going back next year?

@wilderjmc quick and stupid question. Are the prices at the make up show, less expensive? Since it;s supposed to be for porfessional..I was wondering if the prices remain the same, or you really beneficiate of a discount!!? thanks for your reply.

@existencevs Yes for sure!! Each counter offers anywhere between 20%-40% but most offer 40%!! Some dont offer a discount at all (MAC)!! If u buy alot of makeup but even if u dont, it will be very benefically to get these amazing discounts! there are also free b's but u have to keep your eyes open for them, as well as some offer package prices where u get alot of product (pre selected like air-brush kits) for an amazing price! I loved the makeup show and i will mos def be there next year :)

Actually my next question is, do you think I can make up a "fake" make up artist business card or something, just to be able to enter to the show. I am dying to go, but I don't belong to the artistic professional range. Please, tell me that they r not drastic at the entry!!! Thanks soooo much!

@existencevs absolutely!! LOL thats what i did :) I made my biz cards online and it took about a week for them to send them to me, they were free i just paid shipping! I paid online about 2 months in advance, when i got to the show i just showed my ID and the Biz card i made online!!
