That and the fact that Richmond has potentially the crappest midfield in the league, so crap that it takes a first year player to take all their clearances. And Watts, Nic Nat...thats not a melbourne stuff up, NIc Nat lives out west so even if Melbourne chose him he would just move back. And watts will be better in future.

Melbourne haven't stuffed up with trades/drafting, just look at Brock McLean for pick 11 (Jordan Gysberts), Trav Johnstone for pick 14 (Jack Grimes) and players like Luke Tapscott, Jamie Bennell, Jack Fitzpatrick, Max Gawn etc. just go to show how much young talent we have from the lower picks. That's why Melbourne is much closer to a flag
