a cheap turbine is around $1,500 and a good one that doesnt die and keeps the plane in air is around 2000 to 3500 dollers and the worste part about turbines is if you crash them they explode and cause fires so buying one for a striker is asking for a lot of money to be thrown away unless u are like really good like this guy here

@ljsavmech apparently they aren't very sensitive to proper inlet ducting, unlike edf fans.. You'll see alot of turbine jets with no proper ducting leading to the turbine, but pretty much ALL edf planes have it.

It's great seeing the stryker back up with the turbine on but i had to laugh in your info bar about it being cheap ;-) but i suppose it's cheaper than the last one and you can't beat the sound of a turbine as it's out of this world lol,5*
