Looked it up on the official site.  Under the Credits for Gundam Seed, it says "Created by-Yoshiyuki Tomino."

So I guess he made the basis for it but did little in the production. So could we technically blame him for allowing the series to be made into "shit"?

@DragonTwister11 basically that goes for all gundam series, they are all credited as created by Tomino. that is in no way an indicator he has any involvement with any of the series, just that he created the original gundam. the whole seed franchise was directed and produced by Fukuda Mitsuo and story written by Morosawa Chiaki. the Tomino thing is simply present for every gundam series as a way of referring to the original gundam

Besides Sazabi and Nu both have the advantage over the Epyon in terms of range. Not to mention the Psychoframe is a far more effective tool than the Zero system.

In Roux's first story mission, she was allied with Judau, who ran away in the middle of the fight. She spent the next two missions trying to find him, but when she actually finds him, Judau doesn't feel sorry about sending Roux on a wild goose chase. Angered, Roux runs away herself, and waits for Judau to find her. After he finds her, they duel.

Yes, I agree that we are all gundam fans here. Everybody has their favorite pilot but we all need to recognize that a majority of the pilots happen to be useless, irresponsible, and indecisive cry-babies.

The ones who show ruthless aggression towards evil (Domon, & Heero) deserve slightly more respect than the others. This fact is something the Cry-baby Camp refuses to recognize.

Agreed. In terms of story mode, Shinn was the worst crybaby out of all of them. Heero and Domon, on the other hand, were the most aggressive in their respective story modes. Amuro showed maturity and a strong sense of responsibility in his story mode. All in all, I'd say the game kept everyone's personality intact.

@YonKitoTaoshibe Thats the one fact i forgot to mention as well, this is war; none of these pilots have ever really been proud or wanting to continue a war. This was always apparent in every pilot of the UC era and in it's own ways for the other eras they were shown as well that war is sometimes a necessary evil to change/save the world they live in. Ultimately all these pilots ever wanted was some kind of peace in the end, not having to shot/cut down another human being for pleasure.

@andyx181x I had always found that to be a redeeming quality about the series. Most other shows involving mechs and/or wars tend to have a somewhat loose-cannon attitude and a personal motive to fight such as redemption or glory, which tends to get redundant after a while. The people behind Gundam, however, always seem to be able to find some way of switching it up a bit, which leads to an interesting theme beyond the explosions and gunshots.

Yes there will always be trolls as much i hate it, and yes i myself get really into the technical side but in the end i try to see how well the new series carried on the message of war that is traditional in gundam. Also seed destiny was a big let down, it failed to be a ZZ homage.

SEED was to 0079, as SEED Destiny was TRYING to be Zeta.

However, not only were both SEED AND SEED DESTINY not supervised by Yoshiyuki Tomino, but it was PLAGUED with Cash-In Plots, Unoriginal Gundams, No Main Character *SEED Destiny*, and overall; just a jumbled mess.

SEED = 7/10

SEED Destiny =  5/10

SEED Astray = 8/10

Well, Char and Amuro both school Zechs in Super Robot War (A Japanese strategy game licensed by Banpresto). Their newtype abilities are far and away more powerful than Zero System, and Epyon (And Wing/Zero for that matter) are no match for Nu Gundam. Char and Amuro really are stronger in just about every way, especially with Minovskiy Particles jamming the Wing MS.

Don't get me wrong, Epyon is definately a Gundam Hall-of-Fame candidate, but taking on Nu and Sazabi at the same time would, at the very least, NOT be a walk in the park. Sazabi would bite the dust (Char should use Hyaku Shiki) but Nu would put up a hell of a fight. Zero system's loophole is the fact that the future outcomes are only possible ones and not absolute but then again, the Nu's Psychoframe was never fully adjusted..

I was just saying that many and/or all futures are still possible ones and the loophole I see is that they're not exactly absolute -- in other words they're based on calculated data and a strong individual (Amuro) can, by a small margin, overcome his doomed "defeat" and defeat the Zero system user. But that would be VERY difficult, like you've suggested.
