No I suggest you read a book by a National Security Agency analyst: "Unholy Terror" bt John R. Schindler published 2007. You can also check out the book by Cees Wiebes called "Intelligence The War In Bosnia 192-1995" Although this might be harder to find and it is very tough reading because it is an analysis of the plethora of different intelligence streams from the various countries involved in the conflict....and believe me there were many more than you think. On BILL: Yeah - guess what? My family had jobs when Bill Clinton was president. My state wasn't in a recession. Home foreclosures weren't sickening. The country was not in war, but in peace. The BUDGET of the US was balanced in his term.
He was the absolute greatest president of my life time. I'm not ashamed to admit it and the numbers support my statements.
