Ahhh.....I still own mario kart 64...and a japanese version of the game (some of the characters have different voices in the japanese version.) This was one of my favorite courses in the game. In the wii version, I like what they added to it.

I wish they had put Wario Stadium instead. Hopefully we'll hear this music appear again in the 3DS one with Wario Stadium OR Royal Raceway. Either one will do. :) Or we can have Toad's Turnpike...or Yoshi Valley...or Koopa Troopa Beach...there's still so many good ones they've yet to include. :P

I'm inclined to disagree. Both featured ideas (completely ice, getting attacked for being off road) that have never been in another Mario Kart game since. And Toad's Turnpike? We have Moonlight Highway for getting run over with.

However, I wouldn't have minded Wario Coliseum over DKJP. That course screams for MKWii jumping.

u got sherbet land right, by DK Jungle Parkway and Bowser Castle from N64 are two of the best retro tracks, and trust, even the most bullshitty of places is respectable of MK Wii, on the lower end as far as good Mario Kart games go

HELL NO! this course is in NO way the main course of MK 64, every Mario Kart Mario's place is better than Luigi, but Mario Kart 64 is an exception, Luigi Raceway is one of the best courses in MK history, plus Flower Cup on 64 was the worst of the 4 cups, the main course is much more likely to be Royal Raceway (trophy celebrations, final ending), or Rainbow Road, but i will say that MK Wii Mario Circuit is the main course of that game

Well, sorta, because it's a bit too hard. If MK64 had lives like SMK and MKSS did, I would always be getting game overs on that course. Looking at the square map that circles the screen is not good for that course. In that course I use the minimap instead.

mario kart in no way compares to Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, or Mario Kart: Double Dash, its better than the portable systems (for obvious reasons), but no there are so many minor flaws that add up in this game, those 3 are much better
