This concert was videotaped at Washington DC's 9:30 Club.  The audio recording (including the two back-ups!) was corrupted and so the audio was recorded in Atlanta several days after the 9:30 Club show.

I refuse to go to the 9:30 club. Last time I was at the 9:30

club for a concert we were all treated like shit from the staff.

they were rude and their attitudes were undesireable.

Oh yeah, it was a Gary Numan concert...I'll never forget the

treatment we all recieved from the 9:30 staff.
