  • ei enemiukai, tau isvis draudziama tokiu dainu klausytis, pagal istatyma!!

  • Good you have subtitled this songfromthe fim "Circus" (1936) now. Thank you! Isaac Dunayevsky was a great composer, he contributed wonderful songs to many films.

  • Stalin was Georgian. He was very antisemitic. His own daughter admitted it.

  • Then i guess people with Jewish blood are good at making music.

  • Самый известный исполнитель этой песни - Марк Рейзен.

  • It's very nice of you to post this!

  • Thanks.

  • Hi, WW2fan39, do you know who the singer is?

Originally the song is from the legendary Russian musical film "Circus" directed by G. Alexandrov, but your recording is a different version. Music is by Isaac Dunayevski.

  • I think this recording was sung by Demyanov. Thats all the information i know.

  • Thank you! Demyanov did a lot of recordings, might be very likely that he is the singer of this song as well.

  • But intensly we'll knit our eyebrows

If the enemy want to break us down

We love our Motherland as if she were a bride

And take care of her as if she were our kind mother

  • вы все -- голожопые засранцы. вас нельзя пускать в ынтырнетъ.

  • In russian are written the verses of the song. Kind of karaoke style. The posters behind are related mostly to the WWII that deeply touched the russian pscyche.

  • I cant speak Russian. lol

  • Very nice song!

  • I could not find it anywhere on youtube so i uploaded it.

  • I actually like the Soviet Anthem the best.

  • I do too, but this is my favorite.

  • considering that this song was written in 1937 , one can just wonder if Issac Dunaevsky was drunk or sarcastic..or sucking Stalin's dick (most likely that one) all bullshit..garbage.."there is no other country where one can live and breath so freely" right..everybody lived in fear, especially in 1937...but from a musical point of view this song is neat

  • Funny, and yeah good song.

  • The most amazing thing is that people never sang this song as sincerely as they did in 1930's. It becomes clear when you compare the old recordings of this song with the later ones.

  • Yeah, i know.

  • That´s it brother! You just said it about Stalin´s lackey but he did not write lyrics as far as I know.

"Ia drugoi takoi strany ne znaju, gde tak vol´no dyshit chelovek, esli on, konechno,...neevrei!" -one should sing.Even these days.

  • If only i can preform the song in Russia. lol

  • God willing the day will come, brother. The day will come...

  • Looks like i am a brother to many. lol

  • Sure thing. You have dignity and common sense, and you talk business: no Agitprop or chauvinist stuff.

The song, coming from the country of slaves and sung by the slaves, sounds like a joke for many of us.

  • Thanks. lol

  • I Like this video and the Song!

  • Me too!

  • lol.

  • The diference is you can see here people smiling, and this propaganda was ment to inspire people to defend their country, not invade someone else`s

  • "[...]not invade someone else`s" Sure thing! Poland: September 17,1939, Finland: Winter War, the Baltics: 1940. How would you call it? Friendly visits of Red army bands? Katyn blood bath...?

    Please, do read history books.

  • What invasions? USSR took former territories that belonged to Ukraine and were given to Germany during a Russian-German peace treaty in 1918. Filand was an ally of Nazi Germany, its airforce even used Swastika as symbol, let me remember that Finland was also a part of Russia and ceased important territories for Soviet defense. Baltic? It should be invaded, it should be razed till the ashes, cuz I never saw a people so hateful as they are. PS: I´m not Russian.

  • USSR had 4 wars with finland. 3 were inspired by finland.

Over the 50000 soldiers died in poland camps in 1920 year. It's more than a katyn.

  • @zwerskij

Russia just got HER land back.

  • Down with Communism! >:(

  • Hey, this is only a song (and one of my favorite Soviet songs)!

  • i heard this song before i dont remember from

  • I heard this song in a documentary, then i was striving to know what it is till now. Now i am addicted to it.

  • Excellent video. Good Job.

  • Good :)

    ww2fan39 I send you a email,time and time ago!

  • Thanks.

  • Very nice!

  • Thank you.
