Sometimes you just have to break even . I Didn't make any money on this one but I had towed him 3 other times and he always paid me . An old friend of mine once said you do not have to make a ton of money on every deal but to make up for it you have to do a lot of deals . I charged several 3 and 4 hundred dollar tows to him and he always paid me . I returned the favor by cutting him a break on this one .

keep an eye on the hit and run tow I just did . I have located the driver and witnesses to the wreck . I know the drivers name and now I just need to find out where he is hiding the Suv . Hope the police let me impound it for evidence . I will post it on youtube

Actualy the guy was a pretty nice guy . He was working all night picking up papers and then working all morning delivering them . I would rather help some one who is working then some POS thats doped up or , SSI or Welfare Keep America Great Support Yourself .

Nope the driver was a 50 year old male . He had been delivering the longview daily news in our area for about 2 years . He drove up to longview every morning abot 4 AM to get the papers . I pulled his other neon off the top of K&M mountaain about 3 months pprior . He fell asleep and went down a 75 foot embankment . That vidieo is posted also .

Really . When recovering cars from dangerious spots you make your hook using safty as a factor . If a car is a total you pull from whatever is available and keep your people safe . If a car is not a total you try to hook as not to do further damage if possible

This ain't Oregon . When the State Patrol and the Wakiacom police contacted me there main concern was to get the car out of the water way without making a Federal case out of it . This would have been a 15 to 20 thousand dollar recovery if we had gotten the state involved . Guess who would have paid the bill you and me . I charged the owner $450 dollars and he swam down and hooked a chain to it . Remember a tea cup of oil will leave a sheen half a mile

The owner had a friend of his hook it up . When the tide went out it was only under about 2 feet of water . he could see the outline of the car . he broke out a side window and wrapped the center post with a cable . I cut him a pretty good deal as long as I didn't have to get wet .
