Leg injuries are the worst, that part of your body gets bad circulation, especially if you stand all day. I hit my shin like a month ago (riding my bike, car in front of me made a sudden stop and I couldn't do the same because of my crappy brakes, so I just hit it), and I still have a bruise and a bump in my bone. The moral is: watch your step, and check your brakes every now and then :)
