Panic attacks, loss of appetite, the feeling of living life outside your body, the feeling of living in a dream, continuous negative thoughts, troubling and obsessive thoughts, excessive stress and worry, trouble sleeping. You are not alone. There are many others who have these experiences. I USE TO, but NO longer have them. I found what worked. I am NOT SELLING anything, I just want to share the process that freed me of anxiety. Please watch my intro. video for more info! Thanks, Stay positive!
what do your attacks feel like? A month ago I fell over and started having these weird attacks. The doctors are hoping they are panic attacks and my CT scan said my head was fine other than getting over a sinus infection
I have these attacks for about an hour, my breathing stays normal but it feels like everything is rushing to my head and I start to panic thinking I am going to have an aneurism.I am almost screaming and they quickly come and go for up to an hour. My arms and legs get numb too.
one night me and a couple friends smoked some pot, it was the same symptoms as usual but they lasted only 10 mins. the next night we smoked the same stuff and i started tripping out but not hallucinating i just didnt feel real to the world and as though everything was a dream.. it has gotten alot better since i but i feel as though i will never be the same. when i speak i can hear myself talk but it doesnt feel like its me and when i eat sometimes, the food feels so weird in my mouth
Are you really 36? You look at least 10 years younger! Anxiety really does suck, i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy but you have the right attitude, don't ever let it define who you are and keep laughing at the haters. They don't bother me either and just make me more determined to keep chipping away at my social anxiety.
