so do you want to replace those ingredients or totally make it without them?

I haven't tried this but I have heard that if you take a white cake mix (duncan hines or whatever) and mix that with one can of sprite or gingerale or any clear soda, mix it well and bake it according to the box it turns out really well.

I on the other hand would substitute the eggs with EnerG egg replacer, the milk with plain soy milk and the shortening with apple sauce or a vegan margarine.

vegetarian dont eat meat

vegans dont eat animal products.. if u dont eat eggs maybe you should reconsider your way ^^
