Actually, what happened has been discussed in another video which has in-car footage as well as another angle of outside footage. The front left tire went from gravel to tarmac and that sudden grip made it turn the wheel on the left, causing Block to fall in that ditch. You can even hear the tire hitting the car's body in the in-car video.

I like the way he said the car went left for some reason, he was turning left thats why, he didnt balance the steering angle with the momentum of the car going sideways. He wont last too long in the WRC.
