just like AZE033 said, if your lastname ends with IAN or YAN it will cause some problems, because they will be suspicious of you hehehe ( why are you in azerbaijan what are your motives and such) but if you have an American lastname, no problem. Don't be surprised if you meet Armenians in Baku. i would strongly suggest you to go there with an Azeri person, or someone who was born there :)
