What if you're not gay, but you slept with a guy? Human sexuality is very complex. What if you're bisexual? Or pansexual? What then? What if you only like guys who wear women's clothing? Does that count?

I am not against Gays serving openly in the Military. How come "FAT" people can't serve? What about handicap people? If all are going to serve then ALL should get to serve. An overweight person can't carry a ruck sack and fight, well let them not deploy and serve in the US and do the paper work for those that are fit and can. But if you are going to talk rights, then that includes everyone, RIght?

@faalkon5 It includes only those who are capable. Being fat and possibly sick because of said fat is different than taking a cock up your ass. Besides, I'm pretty sure some people who are considered "handicapped" or fat do get desk jobs.

@lauriroset when it was put in place, in 1993, a string of legal paperwork went along with it, stating that only the senate can vote on that particular issue, if the commander and chief could do it with a flick of a pen he would.
