For instance it takes away the way you have to fear death as a spy, originally you had to rely on stealth a lot more but this removes it. Another thing is the damage resistance. 6 axetinguisher crits before dying, just massively overpowered. And I know what I am talking about I have over 400 hours as a spy with almost half of it with DR. Stock watch is way more rewarding
