It's a styles, I bought it separatly at the phone shop. They are original for the Nintendo DS. You can find them everywhere, in phone shops and in electronica shops

You can use movie maker (at least the latest Windows Live Movie Maker) to encode 16:9, just go to Project > Widescreen (16:9)

I don't use movie maker anymore. I use After Effects.

Actually it has to be on the phone. If you are in the menu you don't see a thing that says 'Maps' ? If not you can go to ovi.com make an account and go to maps. There you will able to find Ovi Maps for your C6. With Ovi Suite you can put maps on the phone so you can find streets. If you have any questions just ask.
