@charlieiscool1000 Why are you not use to snow my brother was 5 years ago in london, and he told me they caneld snow busses and trains just because of a couple of centemeters... so why are you not use to snow when you have at least for the last 5 years snow?
We all did and would... Of course we can always try to make the best of the situation, but it still sucks in many ways... Some people spent all their money on food there, spent days there, heck, so many people weren't able to be home for christmas... and the airlines wouldn't give us any information whatsoever.
But I guess we are both lucky for bringing, somehow, good memories amidst all that. (And in my case I was extremely lucky to get on a flight after just 2 days)
Dear judyroodi, I was also stuck in Heathrow this December.
The people here aren't "moaning". They were demanding basic human dignity.
I made friends too during my (luckily) small stay at Heathrow, but the way airlines and most security at the airport handled this situation and the way they treated us was outrageous. The character limit won't allow me to say much here, but well...

I was stuck there for a week and have my own horror story that resulted in me loosing all my money and noe British Airways says they are not responsible to compensate the money for my ticket and expences. I know alot of other peolpe are in the same situation. What can we do? we can not let them get away with this
Ha! I was at LHR from the 17 until the 20th when I finally got to take a train back to Belgium. The lines were bad enough at the airport... But nothing could have prepared me for a 9 hour line at St. Pancras station!
I was there yesterday. I was stuck in a line for rebooking for 6 hours before they told us they weren't doing any rebooking for the rest of the day. I am still stuck in London until now. I'm here only because i had a connecting flight to Riyadh!!! I haven't seen my family in a year and a half and i was gonna be there for 3 weeks only but they had to fuck that up!!!! and they call it a 1st world country when they cannot handle a foot of snow!!

Some of these people don't know that the weather system in the UK is so unpredictable because of the gulf stream.

Good job with the video uploads. Heathrow seem to have denied the media from filming whats going on in there.
MORE UPLOADS !!
WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE.
