I saw him tonight sing for about 10 songs and 1 hour, for Genting Group CEO's 60th birthday's elebration in singapore! I thought he is around his 50s or 60s while I just found out he is already 75 yrs old! He still sings well! Best wish!

This is my favorite version of this song. He sings this much better in 1987, in my opinion, than when he was much younger. This is more like a rich, maturing wine. When I was very young, I didn't know Englebert. Then, I explored older music and found him. He has such a wonderful voice.

I didn't know who he really was.  My mom used to have his stuff around, and I thought his name was odd and didn't pick him up and felt he was from a time before my time, so I didn't listen, and then later I decided I want to know more about him, and I learned to appreciate Engelbert. He is great. I also like the greats like Cliff Richard.
