Hi there. About 15 years ago, I used to work in Taiwan for several month. They also have stuff like these drinks in their seven11 stores .They contained allot of ginko and rootextracts to make you "stronger" all day. Here in Germany we only get these red bull stuff. You usually won't see goiters in America because in most of the table salts you'll find, they add iodine. Alot of eastern and african countries are suppose to have a lack of foods with iodine, so try looking for some food with it.
