  • Where did you find a 3 player rom of this game? Can only find 2 player ones.

  • @gottenx25

The game supports 3 players, but by default it is set to "2 Players 1Chuter Mode".

You just have to go into the Test Menu and change it from "2 Players 1Chuter Mode" to "3 Players 3 Chuters Mode" or "3 Players 1Chuter Mode".

Depending on the emulator it's which ever key or button that you have mapped to "Diagnostic" when pressed will bring up the Test Menu.

  • @ShaolinYautja Thanks, i did eventually figure it out on my own. Although you were a little late I appreciate you taking the time to respond :)

  • So friggin' awesome... Even though I am not too familiar with this game, I can still recognize good teamwork.

  • @AndrewTooyak

Glad you like it. There are more co-op AvP videos if you check my channel.

  • WTF is going on!!!???

    bvurieprnhisognwqporigigsngj!!!!

  • I love these kind of games, to bad we dont see very many of them now a days..if any. I really would like to see the brought to psn or xbl.

BTW naru2005 this is gameinformer3 if ya remember me

  • this would be too sweet if they brought this game to xbox live arcade with HD graphics.

  • I know, right. Except that I believe digital rights to Alien and Predator titles are now under Sega's responsibility.

They should, seeing how Sega and Capcom did have good relationships back in the day. Just look at the amount of Capcom games on Dreamcast, and even with that it didn't help prolong the life of the system.

  • It's still unlikely going to happen since in the end it's always about the money and profits.

Older Capcom games that are highly competitive and not obscure like Marvel vs Capcom 2 will make it to Live or PSN. For something like this I think Fox has the final say. Though I'm sure Capcom had never even bother to try and re-negotiate the rights to re-release this game, and I doubt they will.

I'm judging by their Classics compilations. They don't like to re-negotiate rights to re-release games.

  • That was a God-like performance I've seen. It's pretty damn impressive. If only the AVP movies were like these. ;)

  • LOL, the way the Predators are portrayed here is almost unrealistically overpowered.

They are practically Yautja Elites, or Yautja Special Forces lol.

  • Too true, but it would beat any of the Predator fight scenes seen in the AVP movies, costume difficulties be damned. Heh heh.

  • The AVP movies were terrible, I think both were rushed out quickly just for making quick bucks.

I never understood why they chose "Present-day" Earth as the setting for both scripts.

Personally I think if the fight between the species is going to be on Earth, then it should be far into the future like a post-apocalyptic or near post-apocalyptic setting just to not fuck up the continuity and validity of their predecessors.

  • I agree with you 100%, and wish the movies never existed period.

  • If they did I wish Fox weren't making them just to suit Only their own corporate interests.

James Cameron did say he was going to make an Alien 5 to fix up the mess caused by Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection, but Fox decided to go ahead and greenlight an AvP film project. So that why now we are stuck with what's rushed out to fill Fox's greedy wallets.

  • AVP Requiem was the best of the 2 IMO. Now that had ALOT of Alien vs Predator interaction, something the first AVP movie lacked alot of.

  • AVP Requiem was the best of the 2. It actually had alot of Alien vs Predator interaction unlike AVP.

  • I think you double posted.

AVPR's action sequences was better between the 2 species compared to AvP. However at times it may be a little too dark to see what is actually going on.

The main problem was still the setting+plot and the carbon copy human cast which kinda resembles characters from the previous Alien and Predator films. I.E. Kelly and her daughter was like the Ripley and Newt.

And another lame reference such as naming one of the characters Dallas were really unnecessary.

  • I never really got Dutch. I was more of a Linn/Warrior player, although Hunter was a close third.

  • Dutch is the most difficult character to master. He's much more difficult to complete the game in single player without the use of extra lives and without the use of continues.

In co-op games however he is deadly against almost all enemies once he has Linn's sword.

  • If you enjoy this vid, please leave comments, my team could really use the feedback.

  • Cool as hell!! LOVE this game although I've only played it once! I like this vid, I think it shows a great amount of skill on the players' part!!
