  • John Ritter is one of the few celebrities I actually shed a tear for.

You never saw him in the news for doing drugs, sex scandals, slapping his wife around, making an embarrassing spectacle of himself in public, etc. He was just a cool well-rounded decent man and a terrific actor/comedian.

Those are the types of celebrities I have respect for. RIP John Ritter!

  • @death2ur I will be visiting John's grave..and thank you for this<3 he is very missed.

  • I miss him so much <3 RIP John xx :'(

  • Thank you for sharing that video

  • R.I.P. John :(

  • R.I.P. John!! You are missed.

  • is that actually where the body is buried?

  • Hmmm....to paraphrase his 3's Company work....."Lordy, lordy, lordy....!"

  • He was yet another vicitm of the medical system. Mis-diagnosis is so common these days. In part because insurance companies want to cut costs, but also due to arrogance on behalf of most doctors.

  • At least leave flowers if u visit the dead...bad Karma

  • John Ritter seemed like a genuinely cool guy. RIP John

  • This is incredible! You see them just like regular people. Not out of reach actors!

  • come and knock on our door, we've been waiting for you, where the kisses are hers and hers and his threes company too. ok that was gay...

  • Regardless of anybody's stature, this is the common place we all end up. Fame does not grant anybody a pass. Maybe the reason for so many to die young, is a result of the life style they had in the pursuit and achievement of fame. Let's face it they did party more then most.

  • I'm watching these grave site videos and all I'm doing asking myself....what is it with these people diying so young?

  • I think God needed a good laugh.

  • A talented, gifted, funny man who was america's boy next door. No drug scandal, nothing like what we see today. Just a gifted person. I'll never forget seeing him in real life. This man gave me so much growing up. Thanks John.

  • Wow! im watching Threes comapny right now as this video is playing. So surreal. R.I.P John Ritter. They dont make them like you anymore.

  • @ponz69 there is no one like him <3 =/ he's so missed

  • I expected something bigger but then again - he was an easy going guy. Loved him in threes company and boy do I wish that clean humor would come back. TV has just gotten out of hand. R.I.P, I grew up laughing in the 80's along with my mother and siblings. You brought families together when you were on tv.

  • i would like to visits his grave and pay my respects he was a amazing and awesome actor.

  • John Ritter was a great man who has made me laugh for many years!! may he R.I.P.

  • R.I.P. John.... grazie x la simpatia che ci hai dato e per i tanti sorrisi che ci hai fatto fare con i tuoi film, indimenticabile Tre cuori in affitto... adesso Dio ti possa dare la pace eterna... Ci vediamo in PARADISO!!

  • It's just creepy to bring a video camera to a cemetery. Show a little respect.

  • Man do I miss John Ritter. After finding out he died, I was seriously crying for weeks after..:[

  • COME AND KNOCK ON HIS DOOR

  • thank you for doing this

  • I went a few months ago to his gravesite. Still hard to believe and accept. Much love to John rip.

  • Gone but never forgotten :(

  • its always surreal to see these graves and know that such an amazing person is now dead

  • Buster Keaton is buried in the same section as Stan Laurel.

  • i was been there twice... i ve seen all of them. actors are immortal

  • I grew up watching "Three's Company", I hope that JACK and Mr.Furley are having a blast in heaven having made those shows! God knows they are:) Thanks for posting

  • Almost 8 years now!! Still miss him !

  • I remember hearing when John Ritter died. Him and Johnny Cash died on the same day. Hearing first John Ritter dying 5:00 in the morning and literally the next hour Johnny Cash....double celebrity deaths is too much shock like Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson dying on the same day. Just too much.

  • What a beautiful cemetery. This video was nicely done, very tasteful. Thank you.

John would have been proud. (... now I'm getting teary eyed).

    RIP .... John

  • so in 3 days u visited 286 famous graves? wow thats a lot. were they all put on youtube? were all of themj from this 1 cemetery. have u ever visited hollywood 4ever cemetery also located in hollywood.

  • it is so sad and ironic that John Ritter died the same year as my own dad. he had so much life left in him. his new show was truly funny and i know it would have lasted if he would have lived.RIP John.

  • I'm a grown strong man, but when I seen his grave, it made me cry.... Great job on the video.

  • @007Hunkguy Thanks much. I got a bit choked up recording it.

  • @007Hunkguy When I SAW, not when I SEEN. Good LORD.

  • hey man i like your famous graves visits u do a good job keep it up

  • @SuperSully79 Thanks much. We appreciate it.

  • Made me laugh more than any actor when I was a kid.

  • Thats amazing. I cant beleive its been so long without him, even though i was only young when he died.

  • any more stars burried there.????

  • @darrylhaynes Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills has literally thousands of famous graves. Just within a few yards of where John is David Carradine, Scatman Cothers, and Marty Feldman are buried.

  • can anyone visit his grave.????

  • Comment removed

  • Sad.....He made so many people laugh. It's a shame God turned him off.

  • When you were walking up I thought that looked like Mr. Stan Laurel's grave and sure enough it was! It's my dream to visit his resting spot and when I go I'll be sure to stop at John Ritter's as well. It's interesting they're buried nearby, since John was a fan, I believe, or certainly was compared to Stan Laurel.

  • @ladyoffaith80 oh sorry then.it is interesting.i love watching them

  • @ladyoffaith80 i didnt tape them.someone else did.

  • One of the best actors to ever walk this planet. Loved him in Three's Company! R.I.P.

  • OMG what a complete terrible loss. Not to many finds like him happen. Only ones in a generation. thank you jack for a permanent print in history on tv you impacted.

  • i love this video.whoever shot this did a fantastic job.

  • @crystalbratcher30ify Thanks much for the kind words. They are very much appreciated.

  • @death2ur you are so welcome.you did a fantastic job.i wish i could see him grave and tell him he was a fine human being and my favorite actor.

  • My dear beloved grandmother Elsie Hackman better known as Mamagena, is buried here

  • r.i.p. clifford the big red dog. =(

  • JOHN RITTERS WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST ACTOR TO BE REMEMBERED. AWW IT'S SAD FOR HIS WIFE. THEY LOOKED GREAT TOGETHER ON THE MOVIE PROBLEM CHILD 2.

  • There's an evp at 0:13

  • John yor still the best...

  • You showed Stan Laurels gravesite, is his partner Oliver Hardy in the same area? Just curious.

  • The cursive writing on John Ritter's tombstone reads as follows -

"And in the end the love you take is as equal as the love you make."

  • nice work again. its still hard to believe that ppl like John Ritter and Michael Jackson

have both passed away at such young ages. RIP TO BOTH OF THEM

  • @cubsjimmy i know. i loved them both sooo much.

  • .....take a walk on lonely street at Heartbreak Hotel !

  • Kind of hiding away from his fans. He was the one that light up the room where ever he went, now we have to hunt just to see him, sure place is nice, but really is that the right place. How about something everyone can see and let his memory live on, in a tiny corner where other had crazy walls blocking other. I'm sorry for my words, but John deserve more.

  • thanks for showing the grave i wish i can read the small print on the stone thats cursive

  • @thesinginggrl The print reads.. "And in the End, The Love you Take, Is Equal to the Love you Make - Beatles"

  • @Senicova oh thanks

  • Comment removed

  • I like the Beatles lyric "and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make" on his headstone. John made so many of us laugh with his talent. .... What a great way to spread love. ... May John be surrounded by love in heaven !

  • who took this video??..cousin it? ( the way you were walking)

  • still brakes my hearts. RIP John

  • R.I.P. "Jack" ...I'm 37 and still get a kick out of this guy on Three's Company.... I think my favorite is the one where he tricks Furley into believing he's got a twin brother (Austin) so he can date her niece. Hyeh Hyeh Hyeeeah [Gritting teeth!]

  • wonder why they only have the years on his tombstone and not the whole date....you guys ever get chills visiting these graves??

  • His his the cast of 8 simple rules

  • And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make ... that fits you John!

  • omg my heart aches ... i LOVED you John u made me laugh so hard ... i can't believe you're gone ... there will never be another John Ritter! ... i love u and miss you so much!

  • @pinkeyegasms I was just thinking the same thing. When I am reminded that he is gone, my heart aches. It is always sad hearing of a celebraties passing, but some of them really leave a hole in our hearts and it hurts just like losing a great friend.

  • Love you John and miss you lots!!!!

  • I was there today but didn't find it cause I get the wrong way! So I'll try again tomorrow.

  • Come on knock on our door. We've been waiting for you....

  • I love your videos, I love visiting grave sites but cant. you make it easy for us to to stay home and watch on youtube. You've done us a good service. thank you.

  • @elainacamille You are very welcome. It is our pleasure.

  • @death2ur And also another thank you. Your video of the funeral of Princess Diana was great. Tried posting a comment on it, couldn't because of comment aproval. Hoping you can disable aproval. I'd really like to post a comment on that video. Your video's are kind of emotional.

  • @nickelfilling1 To add I never knew John Ritter was an actor but I hope he rest in peace.

  • @nickelfilling1 John Ritter was one of my most favorite actors of all time. He was a brillant comedian & I've never heard a bad thing said about him. If you aren't familiar with his work, I highly recommend that you watch "Three's Company" & "8 Simple Rules" which are a couple of his past TV sitcoms. He had also done movies & other things, but I really loved him on these two shows.

  • @lisamangum1 Hmmmm....I'll search up his shows and watch them. Hope I have some laughs.

  • I was shocked when I found out about this guys death......really sad. He was a great actor too and I only found out when I was searching to see what he had done recently.......RIP John.

  • my grandfather is buried in this cemetary, (on the hill overlooking the studios).

i was wondering if they give out maps of where the famous are buried in the cemetary, (I found stan laurels by mistake)

  • @jimromerulez They don't give out maps at the Forest Lawns and they will not help you find any graves. Although, the grounds crews are more friendly and helpful.

  • @death2ur I got maps for both Glendale and the Hollywood Hills facilities. Just go inside the Administrative Office and ask for them.

  • @death2ur how odd that they won't help you find graves. any cemetery will help you find a grave if you ask. and this is a cemetery full of famous folks. weird.

  • How strange it is im here watching Threes Company right now and seeing this video still crazy he died, he was such a crazy guy not allot of people know he was good friends with Norman Fell (Mr roper) they use to go out to dinner and events all the time, but John did that with all that he came in contact with from i understand he was a true friend and never turn down a chance to spend time with people in his life, what a guy wish we all could be a little more like John Ritter..

  • rip :(

  • R.I.P Jack Tripper :((

  • Rest in peace John. Best actor ever.

  • John was an awesome actor Really sucks he;s gone but his legacy lives on
