Good in theory, but if the space is too tight to park in the traditional manor then it's likely that the cars in front and behind won't have sufficient space to manouver out of theirs.

I have heard that a few times. We did some looking on the internet, and nothing came up. You have to realize that we are only twenty some years old, the 50's and 60's are something that even our parents don't remember. This was a quick design for a short deadline, I would say it was a good job done by inexperienced design students.
