I'm sure they cost more than $17! (You wrote "Sixteen dollars and ninety cents.") Perhaps you meant to write $16,900? (sixteen thousand, nine-hundred dollars.) In English, the period and the comma used in numbers have the opposite meaning compared with other languages.

its an 'international moth' or 'flying moth' depending on where you live
extremely fast and claimed to be the hardest sailing boat in the world to sail, i had a non hydrofoiling version and do agree that are extremely hard to sail
