Seems that if the road design is by the NRA (National Road Authority) the rules are kept, but if the road design is by the local council (like the Walkinstown Roundabout) you get markings/roads which aren't designed for safety.

If only all our roundabouts were as straight forward and clearly marked as this one. Why not make an add on the Walkinstown Roundabout at peak hours where a lot of motorists can't use properly.
