i played and at the end you nearly kill gary but he lives and gets expelled. ps i beat the game and i hate the wrist rocket slingshot you get. i wish i could get the wooden one back. i realy loved the wooden sling at the begging but of corse i had to lose it. if anyone knows how to get the old one back tell me!

If you type in the all the weapons cheat you get the super slingshot and the wooden one. Thats the only way I can think of.

The big issue I have is the lighting in cutscenes.

They didn't really utilize the abilities of he 360 to it's fullest and the lighting in the cutscenes switches quickly from dark to lighter during each quick cut.
