I actually like the nars sheer glow 100x better than the make up for ever matte velvet. I just think the nars makes me skin look soft and very smooth. I also felt like the sheer glow had better coverage. I only have a little problem with it getting a little oily by the end of the day (my skin is very oily). I kinda want to try the nars sheer matte to see if I love it just as much as the sheer glow :)

you should try the brand "kiss my face" i have oily skin and if i use any kind of product ill get little white head in my chin and on my nose. with "kiss my face" i noticed it works wonderful! its oil free, thin, no artificial color, and looks natural.

Did this foundation give you breakouts? I tried the firming foundation and it gave me baby acne all around my mouth. Then I tried sheer matte and that works but I really want to try the sheer glow. Let me know someone acne prone should stay away. Thanks much!

You're so lucky foundation applies nicely. On my face, it just looks dry and lame.. hah. Doesnt mater what brush, foundation, or moisturizer I use. Foundation just doesn't look so glorious on my skin :(

I got this the other day because I wanted a dewy look and OMG! I love it! I used MAC fix fluid before this but I am not going back. Fix fluid wasnt really giving me the coverage I wanted and my face look dull. So I went and got this :) In mac I was an NC44 and that was a little dark for me the NC 42 was to light. In NARS Im Barcelona and it matches perfect. Love this stuff!

They sell a pump on the website. I also have the matte version and it is a lot harder to blend. You have to put on a bit and then blend quickly because it dries really fast. I don't like the matte one, you can tell it's there, it's cakey as hell. I love sheer glow. (I have combination skin in shade Santa Fe (winter)/Barcelona (summer).

I have this and it looks really good on me for about an hour. After that, it smears really easily or melts right off. If I use a powder over it, it lasts longer, but after a while it looks really gross and clumpy, just weird. It was recommended to me by a Sephora salesperson, although I have combination skin. I generally like this product because it looks more natural than any other foundation I've used, but it doesn't last very long for me.

@prisilavila I think I can help you with that. What primer are u using under this? And another thing is if your skin is as oily as u said then do not use the "sheer glow" instead go for the "sheer matte"- the Nars sheer matte works extremely well with oily skin (extremely oily and not one which is normally oily if u know what I mean). Take time to blend nars sheer matte with ur fingers using a primer either the nars oil free primer or the " make up forever HD primer ". Msg me to know more
