You know all Bethesda games just I've that unique feel to them I have to admit I was a little disappointed in skyrim at first because being a Mage isn't as fun as it was compared to oblivion or morowind where you could just have millions of spells. And I see why they kinda had to go with the winterhold college idea but the mages guild was Far better then it. @D3adtrap Everything that was great about New Vegas was because of Obsidian. No meaningless Karma but, instead, factions, stats that were intelligently designed, true Fallout lore.

I was really disappointed with Skyrim. I have no idea why, I loved Oblivion and completed it 6 times. A lot of my quests glitched, and I found the main questline terrible. Not to mention, the guild quests came nowhere near that of Oblivion.

@DipDop99 well skyrim is fine but it's guilds quest lines weren't unique as in oblivion , such as the fighters guild end quests ( lol puching an argonian blind ) or the thieves guild way to do not kill anyone mid heist , And whodunit from the brotherhood , the unqui guild that wasn't really good was the mage's college ( most crapy boss fight ever)

I know what you mean, I loved the quest WhoDoneIt, and I also like the one where you drop the boars head on Baenlin.

The Quest line in it was amazing too, you could really connect with the chracters in it, like Martin, you hate him at the start when he makes you clear out the whole city, and then you warm to him as the quests go on.

And then Skyrim, I have Archery level 98, and killed Alduin with 4 arrows. VERY disappointing.

@DipDop99 I have to agree, it's like the developers weren't really focussing on quest enjoyment or uniqueness this time around. Maybe if we hadn't played Oblivion we'd now be raving about Skyrim! Routine, 'by the numbers' quest development is my one criticism -- I'm still playing every night after work (level 52 now), and getting a lot of pleasure out of the beautiful surroundings, music and character development. And at least the NPCs don't all look the same anymore.

You know you love Bethesda a little too much when you already own New Vegas and all of the expansions, yet after seeing this trailer you can't help but sit back and do a bit of internal maths as to how much spare money you'll have on the release day.....
