  • a remote Top for the car thats would be a brand new invention for today new convertibles.

  • One of the last great film-clips made for the show. Downhill from there!!!

  • If I had a remote like that, I would repair valuable buildings that have been torn down like that.

  • I freakin' love this. |D As a kid, I always wanted a remote like that.

  • Comment removed

  • was the voice george carlin?

  • @trashpicker1970 No, Jim Thurman. God rest his soul.

  • i remember this skit from when i was very little. haven't seen it in 20 years till just now.

  • chuckled at things like the narrator saying "Down, boy!" to his NECK TIE.

  • Love how the guy keeps running around in circles after he blows the bridge up like no one sees him.

  • I bet the Directors of Click, the movie, was inspired by this....XD

  • i chinese girl is so adorable

  • @Nightmastercool97 The girl was like: let keep this remote soTerrorist won't get access

  • UP. UP. DOWN!!! LMFAO

  • Did you see MacGruber from the SNL episode with Betty White? The bridge explosion from that episode was the same used in this segment.

  • Oh love this, especiallly the bridge collaps, If aint broke don't fix it, if aint broke don't fix it but news flash, Its Broke, I wish the bridge in missippy could be fixed after it collaped in 2007 by hitting the up button.

  • this was my favorite bit as a kid.

  • Dude, I remember this!!

  • I wonder what she's doing these days...she may just be sexy, who knows...

  • Cute. I used to really like this sketch when I was a little tike.

  • The little girl repaired the bridge, but left the waterfall flowing the wrong way!

  • I guess she couldn't control the waterfall whether she was pointing the remote to the bridge or the waterfall. (Probably everything pointing in that direction would go "up" if "up" was pushed or "down" if "down" was pushed). Maybe the little girl should have walked a little closer to the waterfall in order to make the waterfall go down like it's supposed too.

  • @athull08 -No she didn't. That river had been flowing down all the way through its time in the film.

  • @themostrandomchick24 and at the end it was flowing up - therefore she left it flowing the wrong way :)

  • @athull08 -I swear, I can't tell if it's flowing a different way at the end. I'm blind, even with my glasses :-)

  • @athull08 no. its flowing UP. duh

  • @lemondragon18 that's what I said, m8

  • @athull08 Thanks to the power of film 'cause the destruction of the bridge was running backwards.

  • @athull08 Details!

  • Dark And Light! Remote Is What I Like to See When Things Go Dark And Light!

  • I Like The Slow, And Fast Remote! To Make anything Go Slow, And Fast!

  • No, the girl DIDN'T leave it on the ground. She KEPT it!

  • oh yeath forgot about that. good she did or Terrorist would love to have that remote

  • OMG I BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS 4EVER

  • reminds of Click with Adam Sandler

  • Mr. Glitch strikes yet again.

  • I remember this so well its been 15 years since I've seen this

  • Thank you so much for posting this! i have been looking for years!

  • omg i cant believe you have this

i havent seen this since i was like 4 and i am 24 so thats like 20 years ago

thank you so much for this :D

  • DANTE:

    I cant fucking believe you!

    RANDAL:

I'm telling you it wasn't my fault!

    DANTE:

You knocked the bridge down for Christ's Sake!

    RANDAL:

    It was an accident

    DANTE:

Like someone knocks a bridge down on purpose!?

  • I could see Peeping Toms using this, too!

  • One of my favorite skits!!!

  • OMG it's so weird to completly randomly bump into video I haven't seen for years... I remember how I envied that girl that she found such a cool remote, and couldn't believe how could this guy be that stupid to get rid of it!

  • Anyone else think this guy resembles Smiling Bob from the commercials of those little blue pills? Anyone?

  • I haven't seen this for years, used to find it a bit creepy but cheers!

  • LOL, OMG.

  • LOL......I lurrrrrrrrrrved this one when I was small.

  • OH WOW! I loved this as a kid. I've wanted to see it again for forever. It doesn't fill you with the same sense of awe and wonder when you're in your 20's though. D=

  • Haha! The guy looks like Schemer from Shining Time Station don't he?

J.B. King Esq: SCHEMER! Did you make that bridge fall down?!

  • Terrorist will love have that remote!LOL

  • OMG i have been looking for this video forever!!! thank you!!!!!!!!! love it haah

  • Wow. I remember this one. Even the little girl taking the remote to fix the bridge. This is great.

  • I remember seeing this skit, and I have always enjoyed seeing that guy using that remote to make things go up and down.

  • My younger friend doesn't believe this skit happened on SS, thank you for uploading this video so I can prove her wrong ;)

  • It's all fun and games untill someone collapses a bridge. Boy did that guy learn that the hard way.

  • That's true. The guy was enjoying making things go up and down until he broke the bridge (It sure looked funny how he was sneaking around the park after breaking the bridge as soon as he put the remote on the ground). I guess he should've pushed "up" on the remote to fix the bridge quickly but, I wonder if that little girl who fixed the bridge herself saw the guy breaking the bridge. (Of course, people could've blamed her thinking she broke it since she was holding the remote).

  • I always remembered when I commented this previous video from MacLeaper(His account is suspended)showing a gentleman sitting on the unknown bench when a hole appears for using rocks to go down and up and I used to say the wall debris comes down are wrecked & fall and the last one after the two down scenes showing rocks appear from the ground are like volcano rocks erupted from the ground(No lava). The user reminds me there is another video for showing science of remote and that's it! Memories!

  • GOD, I've missed this!!! :D

  • Who needs Viagra when you have one of those?

  • Now that's Science!

  • Who's the man acting with Jim's voice in the background?

  • I like how the dog running at 0:33 matches the music.

  • Man:Up

    Tie goes up.

    Man:Hm? Oh. Down,boy.

    Tie goes down. LOL

  • Hmmm must be in regards to the viagra comment by BitzBitzBitz. The guy points the remote to his pants and all of a sudden "Up" (gets a erection), "Hm? Oh. Down, boy." (His penis is flaccid)

    Hahahahaha!

  • Don't ever get rid of this. I love it!

  • Great clip. I love Jim Thurman's voice over

  • This was a hilarious clip...especially when he does it to the bridge!

  • The bridge collapses backwards (despite the waterfall).

  • And the waterfall also goes backwards..at the same time the bridge returns to its rightful place.

  • That,s because they were rewinding the camera.

  • Rewinding the camera? How in the world could they do THAT?

  • How else could the waterfall move backwards?

  • No, I mean, how do they rewind a camera?

  • I don,t know. My dad just told me they do.

  • Making it a waterrise!

  • Yay! This is a great one to watch. I would like to have that remote, but with great powers, comes great responsibility.

  • Thanks for putting this up. Boy, it's been years since I've seen this.
