Marques didn't work with ne-yo and then take credit for the song or saw it was his and recorded it before he came out with it. The record company took ownership over the song and then gave it to Marques. There's a pretty good chance marques didn't know who's it was, I doubt they tell everyone that stuff or gave him the song saying "Here, ne-yo wrote this song for his album but we took ownership of it and now it's urs. Ne-yo didn't seem too made n/e way. But I do love ne-yo .
