omg thats strong great work! could you give me some tips on how to increase it because mine seems to lack but i do do it after doin my bench press sets
@MegaDragonHero - Thanks. You should try spacing each 72 hours apart. Bench 1x per week and Standing Military Press 1x per week. You can use db press variations after these main lifts.
