The "empty child" episode is the creepiest thing I have ever seen on doctor who, I can't watch it without shuddering! However I do think it should've been higher. :)
If you think that's the creepiest thing on Doctor Who, then you should also see 42 and The Impossible Planet. Those are also strong contenders for most terrifying.
@ceirlac those were creepy but my second is the empty child and its not best to wach right before work especially cuz i work in a daycare and they are painting and the fumes are bad enough that this kids parent puts him in a face mask
Is the 'Top 100 Doctor Who Scenes Countdown' got any Classic Series scenes innit aswell? And where does the countdown begin AND I'd like to say it's fantastic!
