@jffryh Vaginal fluids carry the virus as well. during intercourse, due to friction, there are microscopic cuts in your genitalia, similarly to when you work out and to get stronger your muscle repairs itself, the fluid from the vagina enters those cuts in the penis and HIV is in your bloodstream. it can also go through the hole and do the same thing
@harrypmgs if you get it through microscopic cuts in skin, then you could get it through holding hands. or is it because the skin of genitalia is much thinner?

@jffryh yep! and also those areas are more sensitive (as you'll notice haha) and there's quite a bit of friction involved in sex.
