I installed it and all but when I go to cockpit view the plane some how changes ie, when I got in cockpit view I can't start the engines, light won't work and flaps won't come out ect pls help

the nose looks like the comet but the Caravelle was a beautiful swept aircraft unlike the ugly comet design......the comets tail did not match the swept wings , that were too wide and ugly in design ...........................

I flew TAP Caravelle once from Lisbon to Paris on August 1st 1966. I have some pictures of the inside and through the window over the wing and through the typical triangular windows. Problem is I don't have a scanner.

I wish I had one myself, now that I see how much you love that aircraft. The Caravelle was my very first flying experience. Two hours from Lisbon (LPPT) to Paris (Orly International). Then by ship from Holland to New York. After a year studying in the States (USA) we flew from KJFK (Kennedy Airport in NY) to Lisbon in a Mac Donald Douglas DC-8

In addition, I have photos of the same flight, from inside the Caravelle and in front of us, also taxiing, there was... wait for it... a Lockheed C-121C Super Constellation (L-1049F).... yes, the most beautiful propellor airliner the world has ever seen. All in beautiful and glorious black & white photos.

yes your right it looks very much the de havilland comet nose but but..the caravelle is beautiful in design........the british jet had also an ugly tail fin.....and wings.

Can anyone tell me if the forward fuselage [from around Door 1L] of the Caravelle is a copy of the de Havilland Comet. Do I recall [from many years ago!] that Sud Aviation purchased the plans/rights to construct this part of the Caravelle from the original Comet?
