@7greenhead Must be another harley hater, haven't had a problem with mine in bitter cold, no runnin hot problems and always gets me there and back. You sound like one of those weekend warrior posers from MMT in a $20k over glorified jon boat. Just because you envy the sound, power and reliability of these predators and can't find one, you shouldn't go bashin them. I'll put mine against any of the surface drive motors in a mud run or top speed and send em home lickin their wounds.

A 55hp Evo powered mud motor. But I'd rather have an S&S engine than a Harley- far sturdier.

@douro20 I happen to have one of these mud motors and when I got mine I was under the impression it was stock as delivered from Beavertail. if so It came with the dual fire ignition, s&s carb and s&s intake, power should be around 70hp or so from what I have read about these types of bolt ons on a stock evo.I have ran mine against all the so called fast mud motors and have spanked em all. It will flat eat a gatortail and shit a prodrive. Also ran a 70 hp mudbuddy and killed it.
